    I've been storing things at Amazing Storage the last few years and I am very pleased with everything. The price is very affordable, especially for a climate controlled unit. The location is great for me. I've never had a problem with staff or management: nor have I had to deal with them much. I setup auto pay, so I never have issues unless my card on file expires. When they did have a $5 increase years ago, they informed me beforehand. They have gated security with good lighting. The units have air conditioning and go up high, so definitely worth getting a shelf or two. I definitely recommend them if you looking for a storage unit. ... Read more

    Infested with mice, no accountability or compassion, general negativity from owner. Far from amazing. I rented a climate controlled storage unit from this place for more than 2 years and paid every single bill on time and maybe asked 5 questions during that period. I'll first say that the staff I dealt with those few times were friendly and helpful. And being able to auto-pay by credit card was nice for me (and I'm sure for them too!) When the time came to move out I found a number of dead mice in my storage unit. The mice also ate/chewed up lots of my personal belongings. Bedding (sleep number bed air mattress and foam, big bucks), books, clothing, blankets, wooden cabinet, and other sentimental things and objects you wouldn't normally think of as mouse food. When I told the owner, he couldn't have cared less. He said every storage facility has this problem, acted like this was common knowledge, and said they eat anything that is edible. Well what gives, buddy? He sure didn't advertise that the place had mice when I first rented a unit 2 years ago! And these objects are not edible! I also noticed they had empty bags of rat poison scattered about the facility. Who knows how long they've been empty for? I must blame myself for somehow not noticing this when I first rented, or for not noticing the large gaps in the walls of the unit up top by the ceiling, which would allow animals much larger than mice to pass back and forth as they please. But still... I put my stuff into storage because I want it to be safe. If I'm supposed to expect this to happen, I may as well save money and store it outside somewhere. So then I have to throw away half my stuff because its ruined, but I can't throw it in the dumpster because there's a number of nasty messages screaming that its for office use only and the dumpster is under video surveillance, so I have to drive across town with a trash bag full of dead mice and poop ready to break open, so I can beg an old friend to put it in his trash bin. I really wanted to just leave all that garbage in the unit, but I cleaned it up anyway and when I found another dead mouse at the end, the owner was nice enough to let me throw in in his empty dumpster. Thanks. That's really only half of what I had to deal with, but this is already too long. And to those that say I should have bought insurance, the insurance offered by the storage facility does not cover damage from vermin. Insurance cannot replace sentimental belongings. And I will leave you with this gem from their rental agreement: " I acknowledge and agree that loss or damage that occurs to my goods while in storage is fully at my expense. Customer bears entire risk of loss or damage resulting from any negligence of Amazing Storage." ... Read more

    I chose to utilize this facility because of the management and their willingness to work with me. There are no hidden fees, the number that they quote you for storage is the price you are going to pay. They were willing to prorate the rent for the unit also. Sarah Butcher, the manager here, is a very professional representation of Amazing Storage. She is kind, and it is evident that she cares about her customers satisfaction.
