    This is by far the worst facility I have ever dealt with in my life. My business buys and sells abandoned units. I rented a unit from red dot to store my belongings. On three occasions the gate was shut and would not open. One time I had a customer drive two hours to buy something and we couldn’t get in and they didn’t have anyone around to let us in. They have a rat problem also. Then I called to rent an extra unit for a month and they have multiple empty units and the lady on the phone said they wasn’t available and they are clearly empty. Because they don’t have a person on site they can not handle any problems that may occur for atleast 24 hours. When you can’t get your stuff they don’t even care!! I go to a different facility every week and every single one is better than any Red Dot! USA storage 1 mile away from the Red Dot on hwy 16 in denham is way better. ... Read more

    To start with, figuring out which building/unit is yours is an act of Congress. The buildings aren't labeled, and the units aren't all numbered correctly. The locks on the doors don't work because people have pried them open so they're bent. The unit I rented was filthy inside so I had to clean it up before moving my things in it. Also, it took a week of calling almost daily to get my gate code to work properly. And at one point the exit gate was broken and it wouldn't let us out so we had to reverse all the way back around the building and out the entrance gate (it's a pretty tight driveway so we couldn't turn around). Don't waste your money on this place, spend a few bucks more and go somewhere with in-house management and thank me later. ... Read more
