    Worst storage rental ever. Rented at this location & it was a terrible mistake. My neatly packed unit got BROKEN INTO, tossed, and I had items STOLEN. And I got NO refund.     WORST STORAGE IN THE CITY. My partner and I have seen on two different occasions that people are LIVING there. There have been multiple break in within the storage. My storage unit by the grace of God was not broken into but the door is literally CRACKED OPEN. You can tell that someone has been working on forcing the door open. Please do not rent here. ...     Experience is not the word!!!! Let's talk about Spiritually Led Awesomeness! Ms. Nancy??? She's Godsend. She's beautiful, well KEMPT, fashionable, and highly respectful, and a great listener, and helper! She cleaned out my storage unit even after I offered to do it, AND she is extremely goal-oriented in that she caters to clients in ways that I haven't received in years except by The Most High, that is. Ms. Nancy is now my friend, as she is relatable, and A Woman of Almighty God, ( I CAN tell)! Ms. Nancy even billed me for the lock to my Storage Unit without accepting payment for it upfront in that I AM a Survivor of Family Violence, and Financial Abuse only having the financial resources, at the time of rental, for the actual Storage Unit! I like Ms. Nancy a WHOLE LOT!!! She is sooooo Beautiful, if I do say such myself!     I deal with Amanda when I need questions answered or needing to communicate with the storage place. Amanda has always been informative and well knowledged with anything I bring to her doorstep. I don't feel like just a client. Everytime I go to pay my bill, she makes you feel as if you are a longtime friend or family. Ever since they took over I see major improvement with the property and being on top of things. I love her and her professional friendly attitude. I would recommend this place hands down.     IF YOU ARE EVER IN NEED OF A UNIT IN BATON ROUGE please come see Amanda, Nancy or Suzanne.
