    This is the absolute worst decision I made to rent a storage unit from this place… My unit first off the lock I paid $20 (mandatory) didn’t fit I had to find a lock and purchase.. Secondly my unit was for one broken into and I didn’t get notification until almost a week later. It took 3 weeks to get someone on the phone so I could even see about my stuff to see what was stolen. I get there and everything is ramshacked and I can’t hardly see what’s what… I see water everywhere I felt my mattress sets they all soaked and wet… These people continuously calling expecting payment when my unit was broken into I no longer had access and this was prior to the payment date. Why would expect me to pay you when my stuff is damaged and I loss access before even knowing what even happened… Needless to say all my things are a TOTAL loss… ... Read more

    It’s been a very stressful week, being evicted not knowing where I was going to store my things. Very low on cash. Just hopeless, and right at the start of the new year. BUT when I say Ms. Gloria was heaven sent! God places people on your path for a reason. She was the absolute sweetest!
