    This location’s property manager Ms. Crawford made my move in seemless. I did not meet her in person yet, but I feel like I already know her! She’s the sweetest and most welcoming property manager I’ve ever spoken with. From our very first phone call, she made me feel right at home…warm, personable, and genuinely happy to have me as a new customer. She even double-checked my contract details, helped me create a shorter and easier gate code, and went the extra mile to share helpful local resources since I’m new to the city. The SROA Storage facility itself is awesome…clean, climate-controlled, and super convenient! There’s a moving cart right there for easy unloading, double doors that make moving large items a total breeze, and bright lighting that I can set on a timer (which makes late-evening trips stress-free). Ms. Crawford’s customer service and attention to detail really made this experience stand out. If every manager cared this much, moving and storage would be a whole lot easier.     Crawford is a wonderful person, she listens and tries to help wherever it is needed. She is the best. The only thing is I wish the storage had a dumpster or one of those little donation houses to make it easier when you are getting rid of stuff or cleaning out.
