Read some helpful reviews of LocalStorage at 137 Imperial Way, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I couldn’t have asked for a better, more thorough, more professional, customer service centered move in experience provided me by Storage Rentals of America, in Nicholasville, KY. The young lady providing that experience on behalf of Storage Rentals of America, whose first name is Nicole, was so impressive that I will consider SROA my storage home, or should she leave and go to another, my loyalty will be to her for her professional care. I say this, having not known her previously, but having both been in customer service and having provided customer service training for other agencies in years past. Thank you for a job well done, Nicole and SROA. ... Read more

I went in to find out about storages because I am downsizing and I spoke to a girl I believe her name was Nicole and she was the sweetest! So knowledgeable and helpful! Not a lot of people have exceptional customer service but she was amazing! ... Read more

The customer service was truly amazing, very nice soon as I walked in the door. Fast to help me understand and pick the best selection for my stuff I needed to storage. Respectful and made me feel like we have known or been friends for a long time. Will not go anywhere else to do any business truly locked in here with these great people. ... Read more

I reserved a storage unit online with a move in date of today. They told me to be there before 5:30 p.m., I even spoke with someone on the phone from the local office and it was confirmed that they would be in the office til 5:30 p.m. I get there at 505 and the door's already locked and not a single person to be found. So I call the number that's posted on the door that stated for immediate assistance. The woman who answered the phone wasAnd they tell me they can't lease my unit over tge phone, because it's a special kind of unit. So now I'm stuck with all my stuff, which is a 2 bedroom house full of stuff that had to be removed from the place i was renting by today I'm stuck with all that stuff. In nowhere to go with it because they refuse to do their job and stay there until they closed or written me the unit that they had promised and print me. I even told the woman on the phone all of this and how it was a necessity that i get this stuff taken care of TODAY, and what does she do? Puts me on hold for 30 minutes and never returned to help me or even apologize or anything. I am highly unsatisfied and quite frankly, angry with how i was treated. I do not suggest this place to anybody. They do not know how to do business. And they definitely do not know how to take care of their customers. I'm saying what u mean and mean what u say! ... Nicole is amazing! She is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and an overall joy to deal with! She took care of all my questions and concerns, and showed me several units, so I could decide what was best for my needs. I ended up getting the perfect unit at a great price! I had a very positive and awesome experience! If there was an option for 10 or even 15 stars, I would be giving her that, instead of 5 stars! Thank you so much Nicole! (Location: 137 Imperial Way. Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at LocalStorage - 137 Imperial Way include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 480 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by LocalStorage - 137 Imperial Way start from $51 and can go up to $249 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
