Read some helpful reviews of Storage Rentals of America at 1270 Old Elizabethtown Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

????? After several calls to the call center, I contacted the Radcliff SROA property manager, Susan, and the difference was immediate. She listened and heard me and followed through, and called me back on a Saturday as promised. When your personal belongings are being stored it matters and Susan made my problem personal and corrected and updated my account personally, which mattered to me. I can’t recommend SROA highly enough. ... Read more

One of the worst places to deal with. I moved out of my storage unit in October and let all parties know as well as clean it and remove my lock. In November I was charged 96$ AFTER removing my payment method from the website. I have contacted them multiple times about a refund to no avail. I recently received an email from corporate stating “we will see about issuing a refund”. Weeks later, no refund, no contact from them, and still no sight manager. So aggravating! I wouldn’t rent a unit from them again. Especially since they somehow charged me without a payment method listed, sounds fishy. ... Read more

Storage rentals of America bought out my old storage company’s units. I got an incredibly ominous email that almost implied my stuff had been moved out and sold! I contacted red dot and they said my items were safe but I had to reach out to the new company owners and re-set up auto pay. However SROA told me I’m not in their system and they have no idea what unit I’m talking about. Very stressful. Hopefully things get sorted out soon but this does not bode well for how this company is going to handle things. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 1270 Old Elizabethtown Road start from $29 and can go up to $100 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
