    All lights are on a timer that seem to last about 20 minutes so if you are looking for something in your unit, the lights unexpectedly start shutting off one by one across the entire building in quick succession, throwing the hallways into pitch blackness like a horror movie. You have to jump up and pick your way back through your unit then run down the aisles, all the while waving your arms to reactivate them before whatever lurks in the darkness gets you.     The place needs more carts and should add a port ta pot. People as ii am one will need a long time inbthe unit going thru thigs,have it piled in the walkway. Suddenly need a restroom ,have to throw all my stuff back inside, leave to go find a restroom, go back dig all my stuff backbout.. There is a restroom there butnlocked upbfor office people only.     Prime Storage has been so great to work with! Not only is the facility kept clean and dry, and secure but also easy to access, but the staff have just been so helpful. They are wonderful at communicating and making sure that you know all changes with the facility, but also are very kind and always respond promptly. Not many storage places are like that and customer service is a typical complaint at other places. I am so happy to say that I have never had to deal with that here. I would also like to specifically thank Lilly and Allison for all of their thorough help and communication. Even when I have had issues with the payment system changing, or issues due to my own misunderstanding or forgetfulness, they have always reached out and communicated in a kind and professional manner and helped me sort the problem.     The main reason I like prime storage is because it is temperature controlled. It’s a clean building and you have access even when the office is closed. They have a plethora of motion lights and security cameras. They usually have a discounted rate at the beginning of your contract, but rent does go up over time.
