Edit to add: they sent a new letter saying if not paid that she’d lose it and it’s be sold, yet she got a text from Lisa saying that she has to email them a response email from an email she doesn’t have access to. She’s dementia ridden and doesn’t remember passwords. This is cruel to an old lady that lives 8 hours away and can’t defend herself “, last month they charged her almost 400$ the remainder of what she apparently owed since we moved away months ago. They charged her in full for 3 months we had been gone and Christmas is around the corner they don’t care about people they’re money hungry. This was after getting letters she didn’t care about saying it’d be sold bc it’s empty. _____________________________________ Original review: My mother in law had a unit there and in July she left the keys and we moved to Cleveland Ohio. She called and told them she left the keys and moved. Every month since she’s had to call and do the same. This month we got a letter offering her to pay the bill of 300$ and something cents (for the months we haven’t been there) or they were gonna auction the unit.. today they took her money without asking. They just charged her card. Now they won’t answer the phone and the automated system says bc of Halloween it’s the 3rd lol. They stole 300$ from an old dying lady that hasn’t used the unit in 6 months and refused to answer to send her much needed once a month check to survive. Especially with all going on in this economy how can you steal from an elder dying lady. That’s disgusting. ... Read more

Lisa has been incredibly helpful and so easy to work with! Even when we asked to change locker locations for easier access, she was quick with a solution for us. Being able to do all of the paperwork and billing online has been very convenient as well. Moving to a new state is not an easy process, but Storage4Corbin has definitely made it a bit easier for our family! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage4Corbin - 19 North Hills Road include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
