I am going through the worst moment of my life so I needed an emergency storage unit nearby. Michelle was super helpful, kind, and went the extra mile to help me find the storage unit that best fulfilled my needs. She also explained how the app works so I can seamlessly gain access without using passcode. I fully recommend this to anyone in need of a storage unit. ... Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had til the end of the month to empty the unit. Last day to get the last few belongings, and they put their own lock on it. Couldn't get in to finish emptying the unit on the last day. Horrible business. Won't ever use again. Customer service sucked as well. ... Read more

Do not do business with this company !! In the freezing cold and snow, we went to purchase a 10 x 24 unit (1021) they took our $170, and then gave us a unit that was full of someone else’s belongings. I informed them that I was in a hurry. And that I needed another unit which they could not provide. I was hung up on seven times. They promised to refund back all of the money because it was not my problem. I recorded the phone call. They did not refund back all of the money. They said that the admin fee was nonrefundable, even though it was their fault. This company is a scam. Artist company do not do business with this company. I am publishing the recorded phone call. ... Read more

Do NOT store here!! Your units will get broken into repeatedly. Management will even cut your locks/put their own on. They will not do anything about theft and will even raise your rates after. There's massive pot holes so you can't even drive your truck through the lot properly. It's been a TOTAL nightmare. Please go anywhere else but this public storage place. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3515 West Maple Street include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3515 West Maple Street start from $48 and can go up to $201 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
