Read some helpful reviews of Andover Storage at 2009 North Andover Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! I had rented a unit from them for the past 4 years. Costing $150 per month! I live in Texas and had not been able to check on my property. This month I began to remove my items, and found out their units LEAK. My mattress /box springs that were covered in Plastic are now ruined. 3 beds with Mold and Mildew on all of them also the tops of several antique dressers are now destroyed. The owner Susan,, informed me it was MY FAULT, for not having renters insurance, or putting them.in a climate controlled storage. She stated the units are " inspected" 2x a year. Well I was never informed there "may have" been an issue, but they sure took my money every month!!! They took NO responsibility for their leaking units! I never asked for money or to reimbursed, but was treated poorly, when I "suggested they NOT RENT THAT UNIT until the issue was addressed I always paid them.on time, and am not being evicted for non-pymt. Sad that it will cost me to replace what I had, after what I paid them already! ... Read more

Used Self Stor of Andover for about 6 months from early summer to this past November. All I can say is they were absolutely fantastic and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage unit in the area. Had a bit of a special circumstance toward the end, and to say the owner was accommodating would be an understatement. In a time where customer service is non existent, it was refreshing to see a business go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I can not recommend them enough. A+ all the way around. ... Poor customer service. We found out when we opened our unit it had tons of mouse droppings. Went back the next day to tell them we want a refund and they stated they don't have mice and they don't give refunds. Just don't use this place! ... Read more

Great people to do business with. Real people, honesty with a double dose of integrity! I have probably rented 50+ storage units for work over the years and I have never had a better experience. Fast sign up, simple move out, and very reasonable prices. A+++! ... Read more

These units leak with rain! Renter beware. Manager is well aware of the water intrusion and makes no effort to remedy or even prorate your rent when you leave after having you items damaged. Horrible customer service and the worst management I've ever met. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Andover Storage - 2009 North Andover Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Andover Storage - 2009 North Andover Road start from $65 and can go up to $225 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
