Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 10 East County Line Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Terrible customer service. They force you to buy a padlock for $20 with the option to "cheerfully refund" it if you return it during their limited office hours, making it difficult so you give up and keep the lock. Their $1 first month move in special is completely offset by a mandatory $30 admin fee and other costs, so the first month is actually more expensive than the following ones. Given that all they have to do is text an access code the fees are just a money grab. Sickening. You're better off finding a storage unit that's a bit more honest with their practices. ... Read more

Everything went as smooth as possible. The app made entry to the facility touchless. Overall this place was great. After we filled our storage unit the next day we received a follow up call to make sure we had no issues. Unlike most storage places this one offers its own insurance. I would highly recommend this place. ... Read more

Rental of the storage unit online was quick and easy. Information about the unit rented was sent in a very timely manner. By the day of moving into the rental unit we had received all the information necessary to allow us to move our possessions in without issues. The unit was clean and ready for us. After moving into the storage unit we received a follow up phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns from Public Storage Representative named Jasmine who was very pleasant and very helpful with all questions that we had. I would recommend Public Storage if you are in need a unit. ... Read more

I rented a space out on Sunday and put the wrong lock on it. I got a call from Julius the next day to let me know he put a temporary lock on my unit until I could come replace it with my own lock. I was able to come fix it as soon as I could! He was a tremendous help through this process! The property is very large and he was able to spot my improper lock on his walk through. I’m very thankful for his attentiveness. Thank you Julius! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 10 East County Line Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 10 East County Line Road start from $27 and can go up to $176 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
