This place is predatory. Not only do your rental prices increase every month (what started as $180 per month is now $318, and $45 is now $75) and the late fees unreasonably high (25-50% of unit cost each time), but any "refunds" they offer for late fees only go as credit. if you close your unit, they keep your money. don't come here, plenty of other places who don't prey on their customers. edit: 1 to 2 stars because at least there aren't rats and the place is clean. ... I recently visited this storage facility and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Lucy. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect storage unit that met my needs. Lucy took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings will be safe. I appreciate the care that Lucy and the team put into keeping the facility in top-notch condition. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and well-run storage facility with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this place. Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2401 Lois Drive include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2401 Lois Drive start from $37 and can go up to $274 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
