Read some helpful reviews of Peoria Storage Center at 6014 Enterprise Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Great location- right off the interstate and tucked back behind thick line of trees/woods to offer extra privacy that most storage spots do not offer. Gated with surveillance so I never have to worry about the status of my treasured belongings —as well as my own personal safety. And if that isn’t enough to convince you that !!THIS IS THE STORAGE FACILITY YOU WANT!! the customer service is the best you will ever receive— I’ll bet money on it! The property manager here is the best, he handles all questions/concerns with understanding and fairness. He is the one you want to deal with when it comes to the daunting task of finding the best location and service there is to offer. Look no further dude—call EJ, and tell him -Ashley sent me!- I promise you’ll never worry yourself on which storage unit to go with ever again! ... Read more

I always feel good about doing business with a company when they have outstanding customer service. I had made an online inquiry and today Ed Ellis from Peoria Storage Center followed up. I couldn't ask for a more personable and helpful team member. He patiently explained all of my options in detail, answered all of my questions and guided me through the process of signing up to get exactly the unit I needed. Although I am coming from out of town and havent seen the actual unit yet, I am so pleased with Ed and his outstanding customer service that I am already happy with the business. Give them a call and ask for Ed! ... Read more

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! All my stuff was ruined. They are infested with mice and the units leak. Been renting from them for 2 years and I've had enough. All my stuff was ruined and when I called the manager EJ he said "Well idk what u want me to do your the only one that's complained" Well I flagged down a few ppl over the past weekend and they all told me that they were having the same problem so no its not just me. I even paid for the insurance and EJ said he would send me information to file a claim and I never received anything. Place is a dump. I've had dead mice in my unit and they pissed all over my clothes I had in there. All my baby toys I stored in there were full of mildew and they were all cleaned prior to storing them so I know the unit leaked. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Peoria Storage Center - 6014 Enterprise Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
