I am very upset ,after paying and moving my stuff into a unit ,prices are great and great location .....but I found that people are living there there's a guy who sleeps in his truck parks at the end ,another with a car running a orange electrical cord to a outlet to a camper of sorts then I saw yesterday a mattress laying on a unit floor ,door open and food wrappers /boxes and pull ups some one just laying down hanging out i guess...!makes me a bit creeped out going there! I have reported this matter but nothing seems to get done.....where are the cameras??? ... Read more

The original unit I rented was a 5x10 but the measurements didn't add up. I had to upsize to a 10x10, which was no problem when I called and spoke with a rep over the phone. The problem came later when I finished moving into the 10x10 unit and found that the rolling door wouldn't close. Tried for half hour to get the thing to come down but it wouldn't. It was late, cold, dark and I had to get the uhaul truck back within that hour. I had been making great time until the door was stuck. I called the office back and spoke with someone who understood the problem and called management who said they would have someone come out IN THE MORNING! Are you kidding? My option was to stay there all night, or leave with it open. They took no ownership of the problem. Fortunately I was able to get help on my own so I could get the door closed and get the truck returned - late. A week later I still haven't heard from anyone to ask about meeting up with me so they can fix the door. Guess they assumed I did it for them. Tried calling today to arrange to meet someone but was left on hold for an eternity. Beyond dissatisfied with the service by management. ... Read more

We have had a horrible experience with this storage facility. The amount of rodents and insects that have been inside the unit is ridiculous. Throughout our time there we have needed to invest money into rodent traps and we find multiple mice every time we comeback. Obviously we don't store food in an outdoor storage facility, yet these mice have brought in nut shells from other units around ours. Needless to say we have moved most of our belongings out and now need to dispose of other things that are left. Including a couch that is covered in mouse droppings. Very disappointed in the lack of pest control. ... Read more

We told these people we were moving out and they put a time limit on us with me having a broken foot. Its a bit hard getting stuff done quick on a broken foot. They also have a spider problem (looks like baby tarantulas). They don't spray around for insects like this. The storage place on boyce memorial drive is much better and cleaner ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Let-s Store It - 311 West Etna Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Let-s Store It - 311 West Etna Road start from $30 and can go up to $224 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
