Cathy was very nice to explain everything and help us. We will do business with this company. Cathy gave exceptional service. Facility is clean i rent a climate control unit. There’s an older woman that works there that has such a horrible attitude. Her attitude is the worst. She claimed to be the manager and if she is, what a shame to have someone like her dealing with customers. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with my unit and when I’ve dealt with other workers in the past, they have always been nice and helpful. ... Read more

The people who work here "drilled my lock" (broke into my storage) and stole my electronics... then put a new lock on it (Their lock), then told me to pick up my new key. Then I go in my storage until and all my stuff gone!!!! NEVER RENT HERE THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS PLACE ARE THEIVES EDIT: NO NEED FOR A PLOT TWIST YOUR EMPLOYEES CUT MY LOCK AND TOOK MY PROPERTY!!!! THEN, WHEN I ASKED FOR A DISTRICT MANGER OR SOMEONE ABOVE THEM HE SAYS, WE ARE THE ONLY MANAGERS AVAILABLE TO TALK TO... I see I'm not the only one this happed too. ... Read more

I’ve had a few storages in my day and some have been the worst, most have been ok. But Next Door Storage has always went above and beyond to ensure everything is smooth sailing. No hassle, no stress. Everyone is awesome. The only thing I would like to see change would be open later. Other than that I’m 150% satisfied. Thank you ... Read more

The first time I went to look for a unit the gentleman named Joe walked me around and gave me a lot of different options and was very patient. I went in to pay my bill a couple of weeks ago and there was a nice lady that loved jazz and she was super polite and friendly. This may not seam like a fantastic review but in these times it's hard to find much kindness and happiness so it has become rare and in turn it's very refreshing when people are authentic and listen to you and your particular needs. ... Customer service was okay, but I moved out because items were taken from my indoor unit. Replacing a TV, game consoles, and retro game carts isn’t something I expected to deal with. There are no cameras inside the exterior buildings. And the lock on the unit wasn’t broken, which means someone knew what they were doing. If you use this place, make sure to get a unit in the main building within camera view. ... Read more

Moved out of our storage unit last month that we had for about 6 months, Our lock wasn’t working to open the unit so management had to drill out the lock for us to get into it so we could empty it out as we purchased our new home that day. We didn’t realize til we got home but someone raided our unit and stole well over $1000 of items from us. Computer monitors, vacuums, cricut machine, expensive digital camera, jewelry, and much more. All gone! We’ve been noticing slowly as we’ve been settling into our new home just how many of our valuables these people have stole from us. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Next Door Self Storage - 310 South Lincolnway Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 75 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Next Door Self Storage - 310 South Lincolnway Street start from $22 and can go up to $57 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
