Overall I am very happy with my experience renting a storage unit here. I appreciate the 24-hour access as well as the fair pricing. Both ladies that I have interacted with here have been very friendly and helpful... Shelly helped me work through a bit of a difficult situation regarding a late payment that I had, and reinstated my access to the unit as quickly as possible, later that same day as a matter of fact. Highly doubt any corporate-owned storage place would go out of their way for somebody/try to understand his or her circumstances the way she did for me.
