Would give zero stars if I could. There is a rodent infestation that damaged all of my property. They will not help me or compensate me for my damages. There was mouse droppings everywhere it’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. ... Read more

Customer service was beyond rude! Moving is hard enough on its own. I had never been to this location, and I had a little bit of difficulty finding my storage unit. I was told by customer service to check the map I was sent in my email but I never received an email from public storage with a map. It could’ve taken my customer service assistant a few seconds to explain to me where my unit was. But instead they decided to be rude, and give me attitude and sass over the phone while I was dealing with a moving company that was also trying to find the unit. The person on the phone told me to call back if I was talking to someone else but I was talking to the moving company that wanted to know where to put my stuff because we couldn’t find the unit. I really do not appreciate the way I was spoken to on the phone. I also work in customer service and it really doesn’t take long to give people the proper directions, especially if they’re already stressed from moving! Your customer service people need more training and compassion but I guess it’s also my fault for choosing the cheapest and lowest rated storage company. You literally get what you pay for. So I guess it’s my fault. ... Read more

We meet again. Barbara is a nice representative for P.S., very friendly. My store was not open, so I traveled to come to the other store and she was there.. This representative never has an attitude. She has been always helpful no matter what store she goes to. Thanks for your service. ... Read more

This is a great location with easy access and very clean and well maintained facilities. The manager Barb and employee Eric were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during my move-in process. I had a small issue with my unit when I arrived but Barb went above and beyond in making it right and solving it quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1110 East Roosevelt Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1110 East Roosevelt Road start from $34 and can go up to $170 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
