No star. No one in the office all the time. Saw a car in the parking lot no one in the building wait for almost an hour. Last time was here a guy name Chris being rude and very impolite. I was using my cart to load my stuff without asking told my cart and put his cleaning supplies into the cart that I had my stuff already in the cart. And started yelling at me told me that I cannot use the cart? Really? Honestly? ... Read more

This review is solely for my in person experience with Michael. He was a great support after having dealing with the customer service hotline. Calling customer service twice it was an absolute nightmare, so we went in to get our unit in person. Unfortunately ended up paying more in person - but the hassle of calling a third time was not worth it. Thanks for the support Michael, we probably would have went elsewhere if you didn’t step in to save the day. Unit seems clean, and it is well lit. ... Read more

We needed a storage unit on short notice, and Michael at Public Storage was a godsend -- he arranged to meet immediately and showed us all our options, gave us helpful advice about the right size, type, and location of available units that were right for us. We followed up with more questions and got help after choosing our unit. Very helpful (thank you, Michael!). ... Read more

I stopped by today to get information on units and the female I spoke to on the phone was incredibly RUDE. As I was walking away a gentleman opened the door and helped me. Chris was fantastic. He had me and another man that walked in that took over his attention. I ended up being there for about an hour and all I can the way Chris handled himself was fantastic. He answered all my questions and took the time out and made up for the person on the phone. You are lucky to have Chris at this location ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1950 Kelley Court include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1950 Kelley Court start from $41 and can go up to $400 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
