I would recommend this facility. The staff members Al and Ian along with the owners were helpful, and professional the day I came in to rent a uhaul. They extended me good customer service by recommending a company to help me move some unwanted furniture out of my storage unit. I had no idea where I was going to dispose of the furniture or how I was going to load it on the truck. The awesome gentelman from Junkease came out the same evening loaded and disposed of the furniture for me at a great price. They truly blessed me that day. Thank again for your help ... Read more

The entire lot is full of vehicles of sorts and yet the owner refused to clear any of the snow/ice for access to the storage units. His reply was "I'm not going to clean anything. Let it melt." As a business owner, you'd like to think that top priority is to take care of the daily bread that fills your pockets. Not here. Greed is the word. Grade "F". ... Read more

Worse person to do business with he’s a crook He tries to make deals to have you to give him your items that he feels like he can make money off of, then let you have the items he feels not worth anything for free. Also storage units have mice and your things get molded because the units leak. ... Read more

Everyone super nice and professional, we've stored our camper here for almost a year now and never had any issues. Another awesome thing is all the neighbors keep an eye on things and if they see anything suspicious they call the owner immediately. Lot is fenced and have to have a code to get inside. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Mini Max Storage - 2101 South Morrison Avenue include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 390 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Mini Max Storage - 2101 South Morrison Avenue start from $38 and can go up to $170 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
