Double check your account after you move out. Because even when they tell you in the middle of the month that you owe nothing and your debts are clear. It doesn't mean it's true now I owe a late fee on top of my rent from over a month ago. ... Read more

I would like to say what a great place. They’re so helpful there when I was having problems finding a good place. I checked them all and the prices are ridiculous and I’m not comfortable signing up. I had one place about six months ago. It felt like every three months they were raising the price on me. I had to get out of there when I went to Public Storage. They gave me a price and they kept that price. That’s the way business should be. I appreciate them and they don’t know how much they are saving me from aggravation of having to worry about my price going up and being honest and upfront, you guys are great.!!! ... Read more

I just wanted to say that my experience here was unbelievable wasn’t sure what size I needed and I was looking for the best price after going to so many different storage places where they check your price after you’ve already signed up. These people are very honest and very straight up I want to to thank Geri especially for helping me so much I’m very comfortable here and I would definitely recommend them to others and I definitely will use them in the future. Love you guys. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 5778 North Northwest Hwy include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 5778 North Northwest Hwy start from $32 and can go up to $506 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
