We ran into an issue with our unit and Ashly was wonderful to deal with. She took a tough situation and made it a good experience, taking immediate action. She communicated with upper management, and got a resolution back to us within hours. We would be glad to work with her again! ... Read more

They do not care about their customers they aren't willing to work with their customers and would rather jus lock yu out of your storage right away then work with you ... 2 months in a row they have done nothing other then give me problems . Last month someone got into my bank account and had stole everything I get for a whole month... and I had no money to pay my storage when it. Came time to pay it I communicated what was going on and they immediately locked me out.. I had to borrow money to get it opened because me and my kids whole lives are in there. I am on disability and onky get paid once a month so had no money all month. I told them I get paid on the third and asked if they coukd change my payment date to the 3rd instead of the 27th ... and that I would make sure it gets paid every 3rd.. they not only refused to change my payment date the 2 times I asked them.. but in the 2nd locked me out instead of waiting one more day when I told them I would pay it . They jus dont understand that sometimes life happens and they aren't willing ti work with their customers... and not jus that but they dont document calls ir emails so when I called and emailed them it looks like to their coworkers like I never contacted them even tho I have proof I did ... Worst storage company I’ve ever used. Managers lie. Told my price wouldn’t jump right after I moved in and of course it did in under 3 months but I was assured that it would hold for the year- also a lie as it increased a second time. Light outside my unit hasn’t worked or been fixed in one full year, front gate sometimes doesn’t even open, door into building supposed to be locked but never is and obviously never checked. But the dishonesty is a deal breaker. ... Read more

I had such a great experience today thanks to Cookie. She was super friendly and made the whole process at the storage unit so easy. From the moment I walked in, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and really took the time to explain things clearly. What really stood out was how patient and kind she was. I had a few questions, and she didn’t rush me at all—she actually seemed to care about making sure I was comfortable with everything. It’s not every day you meet someone so helpful and approachable. She made what could’ve been a stressful day so much better. Thanks again for all your help! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Northwest Self Storage - 2655 East Seltice Way include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Northwest Self Storage - 2655 East Seltice Way start from $105 and can go up to $270 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
