I came to look at a 10x10a few days back. I just got a text asking to do a review? I thought your property on overland was very nice, very clean. The girl there, Kimberly or Katie was very nice and friendly. I'll be renting there as soon as my house closes ... Read more

Very Clean Storage Unit Facility with Great Options For Storing Things. I chose a 5x 10 climate controlled indoor unit. For reference that’s like a walk in closet with high ceilings. Perfect size for my needs. I had to stop and ask questions to the gentleman working the desk regarding unit access and he was happy to provide me with the details I needed. What really set the experience apart from other brands units was the customer service. When accessing the unit a staff member manifested out of nowhere with a smile to make sure I’d received my warranty information. I appreciate that?? would definitely recommend 10/10z ... Read more

This place is nice the auto gate open with your phone is amazing. Very clean premises. Everything is exactly what it says it is online. I needed help a couple of different times and Jasmine was great in the office.. Hope name and spelling is correct Jasmine.. Excellent place. I always try to leave atleast 1 thing that has room to be better for a new Tennant calling office. They get busy with customers and things so you might have to leave a message and them call you back.. They are great about call back just give them a bit to finish what they are working on first. They won't just leave you hanging. I give it a 10 out of 10 so far. The gate thing is very nice touch ?? ... Read more

I recently had a bad experience with a lady at my unit. She called me questioning why my trailer is not in my space i have already booked and paid for. Then she threaten me with an eviction if I don't get my trailer in the space soon or give her a good reason why I have my trailer out of the space. I never heard this ever in my life. Why do I need to tell a stranger my business when I have my space on auto pay? She treated me like a bad tenant on a final notice. She told me that at anytime she feel my space is not being used she can and will evict me out. It has been 2 weeks and I'm already rethinking why I went with Public Storage. Anyone else have a similar experience with Public Storage? ... Read more

The positive: Facility is good. The prices are competitive and a lot cheaper than other storage areas in the Valley. Storage units and campus are clean and simple. The negatives: Hidden fees and fine print - I appreciate more than anything transparent pricing. Public Storage had a few hidden cost that took a lot of questioning with a person on the phone to figure out what they were. Additionally, I was deceived on one charge. The person I rented a unit from gave me a lock and charged me for it. He said I can return it when I move out to get that money back. He knew that I would have the unit for 45 days. When I went to return the lock, they told me it was over their 30 day return limit and I couldn't get the money back. The guy that signed me up for a unit never told me this despite knowing how long I will have the unit. I hate things like this. You need an app to open the gate from the inside but a code to open it on the outside. I rather just have a code on both sides instead of two separate way of opening the gate. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 8303 West Vincent Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 500 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 8303 West Vincent Street start from $50 and can go up to $512 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
