Read some helpful reviews of All Seasons Storage at 1201 NE 56th Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

My small business just recently went out of business due to this terrible Economy we’re living In. I gave them a notice of termination for my storage shed on the app, like you’re supposed to do. NO WHERE on the app under the document to send in a notice of termination does it say you need to give them a certain amount of time before doing so. Apparently I was supposed to remember that after singing a lease a year or 2 so ago. But when your business goes out business and you have no money left, that’s not your top priority. Your top priority is getting your stuff out of your storage and and try and sell some of it to pay your living bills. But this company that makes more than I ever will in a year is charging me a move out service fee for “not giving them ample amount of time” notice to move out. But I bet you they’ll have a new tenant by the end of the month paying that rental bill. ... Read more

I used All Seasons Storage in Pleasant Hill for just over a year after moving back to the area and needed time to get things sorted. Having 24 hour access was a must which is one of the reasons why I choose that location. The staff and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Setting up payments was a breeze online. Highly recommended if you need storage on the east side of the Des Moines metro area. ... Read more

Do not store your items here!! Weren't even there for a month and someone broke into over 10 units and stole everything we had. Management does not care and does not take any responsibility that there security gates still do not work. We are in the process of moving so everything we owned is now gone. Robin the manager did not care that over 10 units were broken into over Halloween weekend. Please do not rent a storage unit here!! ... Read more

We needed storage during our move. I called the office 20 minutes before they closed on Friday afternoon. They walked me through the online process and we were able to move into the unit the following day, as I’d hoped. The online process was easy and getting in with their lock then switching to ours was also easy. The office staff was over the top helpful. The unit was perfectly clean and served our purpose perfectly. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 480 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by All Seasons Storage - 1201 NE 56th Street start from $28 and can go up to $150 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
