Read some helpful reviews of Jones Storage at 93 Franklin Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Let me start by saying I’ve been a property manager for a decade so I know good rental standards. I’ve also personally rented and managed storage units over the years and could fill a book with My experiences! Jones Storage, over the past 5ish months, has been OUTSTANDING! The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. They are. VERY responsibly priced also! Embarrassingly, I recently lost my keys to our padlock and the owner offered to cut the lock for me. This is not his responsibility at all but we so appreciated it! I will certainly be referring people to this facility, and will most definitely come back in the future. The facility is also outstanding, as far as storage facilities go this place is well maintained, well designed and SECURE!!! Thank you for such a great renting experience! ... Read more

Great storage units. Very clean and well built. They have it set up so that the units don't ever flood, and it's gated. You really don't have to worry about any of your stuff getting ruined it stolen or anything like that. They keep it plowed in the winter. It's honestly one of the best storage places around. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Jones Storage - 93 Franklin Street include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
