Move in was extremely easy. And right after moving in we were quickly in contact with Tammy the property manager, she was easy to communicate with and immediately contacted someone to deal with the issue we were having with the unit. ... Read more

I had a really great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ivy. She was very sweet, patient, and super helpful while answering all my questions. She made the whole process easy and I really appreciated how friendly she was! ... Read more

The place and service was great. The storage units were big and most importantly, the prices were fantastic. The prices, even after additional fees, were almost a 1/3rd of the prices of name brand places like UHaul storage facilities. I 100% recommend Public Storage. ... Read more

Google “Public Storage rate increase” or “Public Storage bait and switch” and read the hundreds of stories of PS raising rates significantly just months after you move in. And the criminal thing about it is that they are not raising rates across the board. They are arbitrarily raising the rates of new customers. The first increase is almost always 50% or more, which is huge. Within a year of you being a customer, your rates will have at least doubled if not more. There is absolutely no justification for the amount of increase. They are just banking on the fact that most people won’t go through the trouble of moving. It’s the most unethical business practice in the market today. Public Storage has lost many class action lawsuits over this, but they continue the practice. It absolutely will happen to you if you sign up. You have been warned. ... Read more

I wish they were more upfront about their pricing model. All the prices you see on the website or the app are introductory and "subject to change". I originally thought that meant they would increase with the cost of rent over time - but multiple locations bumped my rent 150% after six months. I'm really not upset - but want to help others be more aware before spending their time moving their stuff. Prices are temporary. So budget for at least double if you need a long-term solution. Other than that, the location was fine. Kiosk had a lot of echo if you need help. Use the thumbs up if you think this info would be helpful to others. ... Read more

I chose this location because it was climate controlled. Just run while you can. The unit isn't totally sealed off which allows for infestations to come under the wall. I ended up having to get rid of most of my stuff that was in there. There's no office so it's only automated & a move out mid month doesn't allow for you to get your prorated rent back. Spoke with property manager & she's as rude as ever, she put me on hold and never picked back up. ... Read more

I purchased my unit online no hassle or waiting period. I received a call from a Public Storage representative she was very nice and answered all of my questions, she was very knowledgeable about my questions. She made sure I had my code to gain access before we got off the phone she let me know where my lock and lease agreement would be. I didn't have to stand in line or fill out a bunch of paperwork. It was a smooth and easy process. Thank you so much. I do want to apologize because I forgot her name but Thank you so much for a great experience. ... Read more

Rat Infestation! See the pics! Do NOT rent here unless you are ok with rat excrement all over your furniture and boxes. We rented a 10x20 unit, and when we opened the storage unit, everything inside was ruined! Papers were chewed up, rat poop and pee were all over every box and every piece of furniture. There was no on-site agent available to talk to. We called the corporate office and shared the issues with them. However, they said that the only thing they would do based on their policy was to was to give us a $25 credit and that we did not have to broom clean the unit at the end after we moved out. We ended up paying a moving company to come and take everything from the unit directly to the dump because it was so contaminated. That cost us $700 and of course we lost every item that was stored there. I am sharing this so that others can see what they could be getting themselves into if they rent in this location. The first picture shows the dead rat covered in leaves. Look closely as the remaining pictures show rat poop all over the storage unit and all over our boxes. We had mattresses and furniture that were also infested. It was a total loss. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 10763 Highway 92 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 350 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 10763 Highway 92 start from $36 and can go up to $316 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
