Wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option. My friends unit was broken in to and no one has helped from the facility in anyway. No one is ever on property and he couldn’t get them to come there, review footage, or even get anyone to answer a call until he acted as if he wanted to rent a unit. Then they simply wanted a picture of the unit to see the unit was damaged. He’s never received help or even a, “We’re so sorry this happened”. Even though there is a gate, all that someone has to do is simply wait for someone to pull in/out, and they can pull in right behind them. Take their time taking anything they want… He’s been renting there for over 8 years and originally there was someone on property who walked the lot to check the facility a couple of times a day. Eventually, after more facilities were opened, they got too big for their britches, I guess. Because now, there’s no one. Just a kiosk. No people, no faces, no security, no contact… Nothing. He had military memorabilia from his deceased father (all he had left of him) as well as his own service memorabilia, metals, etc., as a retired Vet. No sympathy and no appreciation for the sentimental and valuable items that are irreplaceable. They continually raised his rent annually and at times a couple of times a year. More rent and less service/security. Your things would be safer on the side of the road. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StoreEase - 5402 New Forsyth Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 1,224 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
