All reviews from 4+ months ago are moot. They’re no longer morningside which was great; great honest rates. Mini mall took over and our rate all of a sudden went up to $100 (from our previous rate under Morningstar of $76 for a 10x10 fyi; no idea if they’ll keep raising the rates); they have shown they’re no different from other scammy storage units. Move along to find another one if you’re looking for a place that locks in ONE rate for a period of time. Maybe another Morningstar if those still exist. This particular building also has moth issues and the unit next to ours smells like people are living in it. (Ps they’re going to respond and say they can’t locate me. After winning a auction, I waited 24 hours for a call to confirm the purchase. Never heard from anyone. I took initiative to travel to the location and made several attempts to call prior to coming but nobody and nobody answered the phone. I finally get there and the office lady says that they can't sell the unit because they didn't have all the proper paperwork. It would have been wise to atleast call and inform the buyer that there is a delay or of whatever the problem is. Very poor service and unprofessional. No respect for people's time whatsoever. This was my 1st time renting a storage unit so I was hesitant based on all the stories I have heard. Not at Morningstar! If the rating scale went to 10, Morningstar would get a 10! It takes hard work to deliver a superior product and Kimberly and her staff have done just that! No pests in sight which is what I have always heard, clean, well lit, temperature controlled, excellent and personable customer service, and the price is right!
