I WOULD NOT TRUST YOUR VALUEABLES AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! I don’t even know where to start. I’ve had issues with rats and they moved me to a new unit to help keep my items secure but that was a fail! I put my 30 day notice in and all of a sudden boom almost everything has been stolen out of my unit! Oh and to top it off the district manager who said call me anytime with issues has yet to return my call. The senior district manager also has not returned my call. The only one who will return any messages is Marcus their onsite guy who goes once a week. Hmmm sounds like an inside job to me. My next step Will be contacting an attorney!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE! ... Your property is not secure of safe here. They allow the gate to be broken and left open for six weeks. I have called more than twice about the gate being broken. They do not care that your things could be stolen. The unit is located in a high crime and high homelessness area. That’s why the rates are so low. Many of the units are obviously vandalized and broken into. I was told “repairs can take time” no it does not take 6 weeks to repair a gate, 2 weeks sure not 6. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone keep their property here unless you’re ok with it being stolen. ... Read more

I received a call at 6:30PM from their part time maintenance man telling me part of the roll up door had failed and my unit was about half open. He offered to meet me a day later at 6:30PM and help me move the content but said it might be robbed before then. Although fenced, the access gate was broken and standing open. So, their problem became my problem.... The short story is, yes, it was broken into overnight, and about $500 worth of tools were stolen and the contents trashed. The next morning, we moved to a 10x10 unit around the corner and were compensated for all this by receiving a contract to pay the same price I was paying for a 10x20 unit. I sent their "customer service" email a request to at least give me the first-year rate on the unit but got nothing in response. Let us say I'm not very impressed with this company and the condition of their units. Your reputation is only as good as how you treat your customers... do keep that in mind KO. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 2326 SW Browns Bridge Road include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 80 to 500 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 2326 SW Browns Bridge Road start from $51 and can go up to $231 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
