Onika was extremely helpful at Public Storage. She was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. For the past two weeks, I’ve only been able to access my storage unit TWICE! The second time, I was forced out because the power went out AGAIN. Wasting money on ride-share services to get there only to find I can’t get inside. I understand the transformer blew and a new breaker had to be installed but this is ridiculous! As a small business owner, it’s costing me money to not be able to access my supplies. Not to mention personal items that I desperately need. I’m losing money while still paying for a unit I can’t get access to. Constantly calling and waiting for someone to “call me back”. So now, I’m having to spend MORE MONEY to go and buy items that are sitting in my unit. Someone ran into the building of my other storage unit across town and they figured out a way to have it fixed and deemed safe for entry faster than this. ... Read more

She took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through all the options, making the process easy and stress-free. Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2515 Cumberland Pkwy SE include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2515 Cumberland Pkwy SE start from $63 and can go up to $355 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
