I did the smart rental and when I opened my storage for the first time it was full of junk. To exasperate matters when I talked to the guy on the assistant management team or what ever they’re called. He said I could’ve came in and saw the unit before renting it when I asked for some sort of compensation/ credit for the inconvenience. I had to pay for the extra time i the movers sat there while it took about 30-40 min to get a new unit. He has to down grad the si end my unit and made it seem like a perk and news getting because the cost was cheaper. It’s literally the prince for a smaller unit ! Excuse me!! That’s literally their job to make sure I get a clean unit not mine what a dumb insensitive statement. Also the on site team was nowhere to be found ??. Subject: Unprofessional Service Encounter on December 18 at CubeSmart On December 18, around 12:00 PM, I visited CubeSmart to upgrade to a larger storage unit. At the entrance, I was assisted by a young woman named Kim. She was on the phone with a friend and appeared to have a negative attitude from the start. After I provided my name, she claimed that my unit had not yet been paid for. I explained that the payment had cleared on my end and showed her my account status. She responded that she did not know why the payment showed as unpaid on her end, and proceeded to dismissively state, “this is not my store, I don’t care if you did or didn’t pay,” which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager, but she indicated that a manager would not be available that day because Amanda was out of town. I was shocked by the way I was spoken to and concerned that such behavior reflects poorly on the customer service standards of the location. If it weren’t for customers paying for their storage, she would not have a job, and I left feeling undervalued and uncomfortable. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to address this incident and ensure that this situation is handled professionally. I would also appreciate confirmation of the payment status for my unit and, if possible, a review of the customer service standards at this location to prevent a recurrence. All I wanted for her to take time out to see what was the problem but she failed to do so do not visit this store the altitude are to bad I will be taking my stuff out of there so it won’t try to retaliate on my unit Thank you for your attention to this matter ... I visited CubeSmart today to obtain a Storage unit. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Joe he was courteous professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that I obtained the storage unit for my accommodations. I was so impressed with the way that Joe keeps the facility there. This is one of the Cleanest Cube Smart In Georgia. Joseph shows great leadership and the facility there speaks for itself. I can see that Joseph takes pride in his work I feel that Joe should go to all the facilities in Georgia and train everyone on how to clean and maintain your facilities. I feel that Cube Smart would benefit as well as do more business if your facilities were as clean as the one on 2331Adams Drive Atlanta Ga. I was truly impressed with how this facility is run. I absolutely love this CubeSmart location in Atlanta! The facility is very clean and well-kept, and the staff is beyond friendly. Joe and Kim were so wonderful — they really went above and beyond to assist me with my unit and make sure everything went smoothly. As someone whose have my storage unit for over a year now, I’ve never came across any issues or concerns until now. Yesterday evening, I stopped at the storage to collect and sort a fewnithjgs out of my storage unit. It was to my dismay that upon arrival, All of the Dollie’s were locked away so that they could not be used. In previous visits, the Dollie’s are usuallly out for the people to use regardless of the timeframe that the main office would close which is at 6:00pm. To see them stowed and put away is extremely appalling especially when there are those who wish to move there items in an efficient and timely manner.
