Read some helpful reviews of iStorage at 4345 South Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Had a good experience here. I bought a lock from them and the key part ended up breaking, so I thought I’d have to pay for another one. But a worker named John helped me out and gave me a new one for free since it wasn’t supposed to break. Really appreciate the help, great customer service. ... Read more

George is an incredible person to work with; he embodies the kind of down-to-earth attitude you wish to encounter during challenging times. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Kristin. She was exceptionally pleasant when we were initially exploring options for a storage company. However, a couple of months later, when I needed extra time to move out due to unforeseen circumstances, her demeanor shifted dramatically. She wore an ugly scowl on her face and transformed into a rather unpleasant individual. I requested a little extra time because it was just my 70 year old mother and me handling the move, and there was quite a bit to transport. However, her reaction made it seem as if I were robbing her, as she responded, “I can’t allow that.” This kind of inconsistent behavior is the type of dynamic that most people find frustrating in businesses. Personally, there is no company I will work for that will ever make me treat people like this. In my rush to meet the deadline for moving out, without any flexibility from Kristin, I ended up tearing a ligament in my leg and had to visit the hospital. Additionally, I discovered that my belongings were affected by mold and termite damage. I plan to consult my lawyer regarding this matter, emphasizing that individuals like Kristin should not be interacting with the general public. Thank you for your reply. Perhaps I'll give you a call when I'm not hobbling around. If you would like more information about what happened John was sitting right there, agreeing with everything Kristin said. As an older gentleman, I expected more from him. I didn't ask for money; I merely requested some time, yet there was a complete lack of compassion. Both of them could benefit from a workshop on empathy and customer service, learning that kindness shouldn't be reserved for sales, especially for those they will interact with over an extended period. I mentioned to my mother how nice Kristin was before we secured the unit, but now that we are committed, the true Kristin has emerged. It’s unfortunate that the kindness she demonstrated wasn’t sincere. Deceptive, insincere, two-faced and phony are the thoughts that arise instead. ... Read more

I drive a semi and am gone most of the year but I’ve never had a single issue with my unit being messed with. Thank you to the best storage facility in North Brevard County. ... Read more

It’s frustrating when one has an ok site to store stuff but it’s not ok to raise rent multiple times in a very short period with little to no notice. Beware of their pricing Bait and Switch. Try to get a contract that guarantees rent prices for a specified period, but you won’t get it. Our last storage did not raise prices even after 1 1/2 years. IStorage is supposed to give a 30-day notice of an increase, but we’ve been given a few days’ notice for one increase, and we found the latest surprise rent increase ourselves on line, not by any notification from them. We’ve had a 30% increase after about 3 months on one unit, and 27% on another after less than two months, both with almost no notice. Doing this to a 100% disabled vet with fixed income is pretty crummy but we find it can be pretty common. They just raise prices indiscriminately it seems. That’s fine. We’ll be moving out. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 4345 South Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 4345 South Street start from $40 and can go up to $334 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
