My spouse and I both rented space at this location beginning August 2023. His was large enough for his boat and mine was climate controlled for my crafts, and the rates were initially lower than the local competition so we were thrilled. Plus, it made us feel better knowing that Teresa and her spouse lived on property; they were such helpful people. Unfortunately, the corporation turned this location into an AI-run business with a kiosk in the office and fired the people. They also raised our rates more than five different times, so whenever we wanted to speak with a human about getting our units paid, we could not. It was beyond frustrating. We began seeking a different place and found somewhere much more professional humans who work there. Oddly, as we moved our stuff out of this place there was someone (we think the owner) spying on us using a drone. It was super weird. ... Read more

Dangerous SCAM. Once you move in at their advertised price, they up the rent! I got 2 units in Aug 2024. They charged me for content insurance even though I provided my own. Took me months to get this stopped. They charged me for locks I never authorized or used. I had my own locks. Then they increased the rent on one of my units from $83 a month to $200. I reduced my belongings and ended lease with that unit. They advertise on site management..well..that’s a lie! Not only is there NO ONE at this actual location, they have no security cameras (as advertised) they have a digital screen in the office and no one ever answers it. Recently there were several people living out of their units. They began causing disturbances. I had to call the police due to two ladies fighting and having aggressive dogs living in their units with them. The sheriff came and I called corporate to inquire about the issue. I then got another rent increase from $186 to $315. This is an insane increase. I have called and sent numerous emails asking them to explain the increase. 20 months of BS... You guys asked me for the review I'm not doing this on my own I had no intentions on reviewing you guys but when I got an email asking me to review you I was like okay what the heck. This was the worst 21 months ever in a storage room. It leaked all the time 35% of my stuff got ruined. I can never contact anybody in the office. The price is always changed or I got missed build all the time. They took it upon themselves to save my credit card. I thought that it took forever to get my credit card off cuz I pay monthly. Very bad service here. I would not recommend this place to anybody there's lots of other storage rooms around.
