Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I had been calling then decided to come in and noticed that he was swamped with customers , when I got to the counter he knew who I was as well as apologized for not getting back to sooner. He was very kind and he answered all questions in a professional and polite manner. Thank you again Mr. Jordan. ... Read more

Pretty disgusting ??units, smelled terrible inside like mold, rotten food and ??. Pretty awful that no one bothered to power wash the floor. I don’t think anyone would want to put their own property in a room with a floor like that… to make things worse on the side of the walls were mice droppings all over… really?!… ... Read more

The female manager at this location literally stole everything from my family while I was going through cervical cancer last year. I had fallen behind on payments fighting for my life and she decided to empty my unit weeks before it was due for pending sale. I only found out when I called customer service to make a payment to prevent the sale. Orlando PD originally told me on the phone they would go over there and if she couldn't produce the items they would charge her with grand theft and arrest her but that didn't happen. Instead they told me it was a civil matter and I obviously couldn't afford an attorney so I guess if you want your stuff stolen and nothing ever done about it just store your items here! Merry Christmas I hope you're enjoying my family's Christmas tree and decorations this year! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1313 45th Street include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 150 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1313 45th Street start from $54 and can go up to $96 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
