By far the worst public storage in miami period. They close the doors at 6pm, the manager lives in the property so I'm assuming that's the reason. Just laziness all around. I can't tell you how many times we had to ask them to open the bathrooms. Just all around horrible place to rent period. If you can go somewhere else that's for sure ... Read more

I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about the whole process of renting a public storage unit, but to my amazement, it was the easiest and fastest process I've experienced in a long time, regardless of the service or transaction. They take care of everything, and I've yet to speak with a single live person, no need to; yet my instant approval, access code and storage unit, along with my lock and key were waiting for me when I arrived. This company has it figured out!! ... Read more

This has been a terrible experience. This was my first time going with this company and And when I say never again never again. They are very rude no understanding I’m laying in the hospital telling them that I can’t come today, but I will in the morning and it’s still the issue. I have medical paperwork and everything. I just never seen something like this before I see why other people go to a different company than public storage. I would not recommend anyone coming to public storage. You’re better off going to a more professional storage than public storage ... Read more

There’s a guy here that is very rude he’s black has dreads and seem to never smile my first interaction with him was horrible he started at me with the nastiest look my first time coming to the facility seems like he doesn’t like women he was not and has not been polite to me or my daughter since being there within a month my rent went up drastically and is still going up he puts fees on my account without the fee being explained almost on purpose this specific public storage needs professional management and not someone who works off of emotion. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 15760 NW 27th Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 150 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 15760 NW 27th Avenue start from $41 and can go up to $214 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
