Look elsewhere. Read the recent one star reviews for this facility. One of their buildings has had the elevator out of service for at least a year now. I spoke with the GM/district manager months ago who assured me it would be fixed. Welp- one year later, after dismissing all of the customer's concerns, nothing has been done. Embarrassing notes have been taped to this elevator reminding customers of their inadequate maintenance every time we visit the unit. During this time-frame, my rent was raised from ~70 to ~$160. Rent reduction request? Denied three times. Imagine paying that much for a second-floor unit that you can only access through a narrow stairway corridor. I was told I'd need to hire movers to help my move out of the unit. No assistance on their part, instead their poor maintenance is now my problem. I had to vacate my unit and push whole cabinet sets down this stairway, damaging my things and hurting my foot in the process. I've left four surveys and called their phone number a dozen times to convey this information, clearly nobody values the negative feedback enough to reach out. Heed our warnings and find somewhere that treats their customers with respect and doesn't screw you with introductory offers. EDIT: notice how they haven’t responded to this? This is the exact response you’ll get when voicing your concerns as a paying customer. ... Read more

An excellent young man named Jorge, not only had 5 star people skills, he had genuine kindness too. He took much time explaining my options then took me to the location I'd selected and showed me exactly how to navigate the lock system. As a senior this totally offset my anxiety with new learning curves. I feel truly blessed by this level of customer care! ... Read more

I rented a 5 x 5 unit online and paid extra to be close to the elevator as the unit was on the second floor. When I got there, the elevator was out of service. I go to the office and get told “Yea, the elevator has been out of service for awhile, pretty sure it told you that online.” It didn’t and the tone of that statement was not appreciated. I asked to be moved to a first floor unit or into a building with a working elevator. They made it happen but the rent went up $10/month because of the move. Then, I drive around looking for the unit because no location instructions were provided. Dude sees me on the cameras struggling to find the unit and then comes out to explain their ridiculous numbering system as if it’s common knowledge and I should have just known. When I see the new unit, I discover that their 5 x 5 units are stacked on top of each other and the unit they gave me was a top one. I am 5’ 3”. How am I supposed to use this? There are no stepladders or anything. Additionally, the place is dirty, reeks of mold and is run down. Nothing in this world is perfect but you can certainly do better than this place. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 7325 Davis Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 7325 Davis Blvd start from $12 and can go up to $295 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
