They don't care about customers. Today Sunday August 31st. I went to get my stuff and they cancel my code again for no reason , they want me to loose days so they can do harm charging me late fees. I had to call the sheriff's office and make a complaint. Of course they answer the reviews because everyone is reading them. But in real life they don't care. There's a pic of the complaint. Today I found the lock manipulated again. So someone is open my space when I am not there. Notice that my lease is due on October and they canceled the code an access today. They charge me illegally 56.89 dollars. I have to call the bank because this company charge you in retaliation. My friend and I went to the Store Space Storage facility on Kings Ave. in Jacksonville yesterday to rent a 10' x 10' space. The entire facility was spotless and could not have been better maintained. William and Sarah were both very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the details of the rental were completed quickly. I especially liked the easy-to-use keypad for entry into the main storage area and the combination lock to secure our individual space. No keys are required. The climate control worked great and having rest rooms inside, and water fountains, was a very nice touch. The rates are very competitive and reasonable, including the free month. It was great! My search for a storage space started the day before. Won’t go into detail but the ‘very less than satisfactory’ place I went to had a person that was rushed and didn’t seem to care. I didn’t have my drivers license with me and instead of saying let’s start the paperwork and you can email it to me, she told me to come back the next day at 9:30. She didn’t seem to care if she had a viable customer or not. I went home and did some research and came up with the closest place to me which is STORE SPACE. Was greeted by Sarah at the Kings location. She has exceptional customer service, helpfulness in navigating the rental process. Took the time to find the perfect unit for me.
