Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 51 Spring Vista Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I have had a unit with public storage. 4 over 20 years, their rates keep going up up up. I'm paying well over $200. A month. Now for this small storage unit, I think it's kind of ridiculous. However, the people working here are very nice and professional. Susan, in particular. After reading my review, a member of the management team has contacted me.\nAnd has lowered my monthly payment. This was unexpected.I'm pretty happy about it ... Read more

The storage facilities are nice. Climate controlled, secure, etc. However, beware of the immediate and frequent price increases. We got our unit around a year ago for $120 a month. Several price increases later, we are already up to $198 a month. I understand cost of doing business...but this seems a little extreme. ... Read more

UPDATE: I was contacted by Josh a manager the same day I made the 2 star review. He discovered that my account was set to office hours which he change right away and was able to give me a discount for the next 3 months, thank you! This place is terrible, the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the woman in the office is so nice and helpful as she can be. First more often than not I can’t access the property before 9:30am when the office opens, it’s supposed to be open at 6. ... Read more

This was the lowest rate I found, but it doesn’t make a difference if I can’t even rent the unit I set an appointment with them A week before New Year’s, but was scheduled two days before New Year’s, On the Monday when I was supposed to meet up with them at three I noticed there was other people Outside disappointed as well because they didn’t expect them to be closed, Now I’m not sure if they had an appointment like me, and being a business owner, I would understand if I need some time offBut I was more pissed because I took time out of my busy day and wasn’t even notified, Now I did get a missed call Sunday and I found out it was done, but they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail Probably hoping that I didn’t answer to confirm my appointment pure act of laziness. What made it worse Is after I left a decent voicemail when they reopened they didn’t bother to return the call due to the issue, So if you want a decent rates by all means, but beware of the unprofessionalism when you set an appointment, they are liable of wasting your time ... I walked in and was given the most friendly and helpful service I've ever received while shopping for storage options. I was able to secure twice the space for half the price of my previous storage unit. i was also impressed by the level of security at this facility and ease of access via the public storage app. ... The units are clean and Josie the manager was super nice and patient! But customer service never told us that we had to pay an extra fee for the lock so we were caught off guard when the price went from $30 to 50 but still a good deal! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 51 Spring Vista Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 450 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 51 Spring Vista Drive start from $34 and can go up to $310 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
