I just literally got off the phone from calling this establishment less than 2 minutes ago. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and I changed my decision very quickly not to get my money to someone like that. I work really hard for my money to be just giving it to somebody who sounds like they don't want to be at work. Soon as I called and said I was interested in Renting any storage unit from them she says excuse me with a very negative tone in her voice. Then I repeat it myself and then she just says okay and then what else. I'll take my business elsewhere. I actually had a great day until I called your establishment. I did hang up because after that call there wasn't ANYTHING also you could've helped me with. You were in the line of fire because you were the fire. I did find a great and cheaper storage.
