I had a terrific experience with Kevin today--he was able to help me with everything I needed swiftly, patiently, intelligently. I am relieved. Update: Well, this 5-star experience went sideways fast: promises never kept; overcharging and refusal to take ownership for mistakes; their online system didn't work or allow you to pay your bill--even though it claimed too; impossible to contact the store or any management--just recordings and answering machines with never any response.     I stumbled upon the storage unit by accident, but let me tell you my experience there was wonderful. I met a young gentleman outside who helped me right off the back when I explained to him my situation, he was polite through this whole ordeal. Not to mention I love how this place is clean, it smells good. customer service and the manager are wonderful. I thank you very much from my experience there.     I rented a unit here a year ago for my winter stuff and let’s just say a lot of cherished items. I prepaid for the year in advance only to call just as the year was to be renewed to be told I had moved out and my account was closed. I was shocked, dumbfounded and confused as to what the young lady on the phone was talking about. Seeing that I have been in and out of the country for the past year. I explained how could I have moved out when I’m not even in town. I was told that someone came and showed ID and claimed that my unit was theirs and asked for the lock to cut. Now what kinda of BS is this?? What kinda of security is this??? Every item in my unit was stolen without a trace!!! When asked how can this be possible, they were unable to give a definitive answer. Telling me that the employees who were there at the time of my renting the unit were no longer working there. Now this begs the question, why and did they leave with my belongings??!!!! When asked about security footage, I was told cameras are not in the hallways, only at the elevators and they can’t tell who is coming and going!!!! REALLY!!!!!!?????????????? Here’s the kicker!!! The insurance you pay for doesn’t cover this, so I am also out of luck!!!! PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!
