My experience at eye Storage was very nice. The employees were fantastic always friendly always willing to help. I know prices on these places are not cheap anymore but you pay peanuts to get monkeys so give them a try. I highly recommend them. Have a great day. ... Read more

I started with NL Storage, which I had for several years-never a price increase. Since they changed companies, my fee has increased nearly $250 a month. It seems like every 6 months theres an increase, and never with the courtesy of notification despite me being on auto pay. I compare what I’m being charged and it never seems to match any of the advertised prices on the website. I completely understand that the cost of everything has gone up, however, a 200% increase is outrageous and certainly isnt because of taxes. Sad after being a loyal, on time paying customer for 10 years. ... Read more

They advertise the first month's rent is free, however, after less than 6 mos of renting, they raised the fee on both of my units, so they are getting their money back plus more. The first month is not free as they are able to recoup that amount in addition to even more in future monthly fees with a rental fee increase right away. If they gave me at least a year of renting, then the raise in fee wouldn't be so bad, like they do with property rental fees, etc. but again, they did it after less than 6 months of renting, so everyone please be aware. Also I had a friend who was one day late (due to employment payroll) after the 5 day grace period and the late fee charged was 45%!! of the rental fee! Everyone please be aware of this as well! ... Very good customer service. They have another location I didn’t even know about!! their storage units are clean, spacious and I’m glad they have many options to choose from. The lady I met today was so kind, very helpful and attentive to detail. Ended up with a price I was very happy with, a storage unit that brings easy access and many benefits along with it. Looked at two other storage unit before I came to this one and left them upset because they lied on their prices. But this girl was so honest, and helped me out on choosing the best unit ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 960 Bank Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 960 Bank Street start from $80 and can go up to $459 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
