Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 11236 North 19th Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Some mix reviews I see here! I rented here today and needed to change the date for my rental to be today and not tomorrow. Jenn was in the office and happy to help me get everything set up. She went over things I should know like the app and about the lock. Very happy with the service and how easy it was too rent. ... Read more

I was looking for a short term lease for a storage unit and this location seemed perfect. I really appreciate the affordability and the introductory price. I also appreciate how easy it was to sign up online. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because on the move in date I wanted to talk with someone in the office. It was 1130am and the office door was locked. The only way to speak with someone was to call the help center, but I didn't have the time to wait on the phone to speak with any one. I left and came back and it was still locked. Even mail delivery person needed to get into the office to deliver the mail and couldn't get in. There was no sign on the door that said when the receptionist would return so I did what I had to do and went about the rest of my day. As of the date of this review the questions I wanted to ask remain unanswered, but I may try again when I have the time. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 11236 North 19th Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 230 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 11236 North 19th Avenue start from $26 and can go up to $131 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
