Prices are quite strange to the size of the unit you may need!! I've also notices some units has people working and running businesses out of them I would notice from the time the storage unit opened tell they closed. I thought of this as real Strange. I have been renting from this place for years and have noticed it has NEVER improved! Most businesses improve over the years but not this one. You need to rent a unit for yourself to understand. I give this place a BCB÷÷÷ ... Read more

DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE This place sucks! The on-site Manager is John Fantazia and he is never around when you need him. He is so lazy too. I asked him to cut off my lock because I had lost my key. gave several different lame excuses why we couldn't do it. Because I had trouble getting my lock off to get in my unit, I was still there 15 minutes after closing. The next day I was charged with trespassing, locked out of my unit AGAIN! and was asked to vacate. How can he charge me with trespassing if my gate code is my permission to be on the property? Trumped up allegations, lazy, negligent and never available but I am the one who has to go. PLUS NOW HE IS KEEPING ME FROM GETTING MY THINGS. ... Read more

Horrible experience dealing with this company. The person running the storage site (Charlene) is a dimwit ditz. Not name calling just a perfect example of who this person is. She pulls the bait and switch routine shows me the spot for my RV. When I come to park my RV someone is in my spot. It's Sunday so office is close, so I call and leave a message. Monday rolls around no call back yet. Give them another call during business hours. No one picks up, I leave another message. Finally get a hold of her afternoon. She is completely oblivious to know who has parked there even thou she lives there has array of surveillance cameras at her office desk and supposedly has files on every vehicle parked there. She keeps telling me she will call me back but never does. After a week and no response I asked them to refund my money. Now waiting to see how long this will take. ... Read more

**Update from my previous review. I live right behind this "establishment" and caught a man next to my daughters window Saturday night (1/14/17) trying to get in touch with the man that lives in the storage unit towards the back. I am going to have to consider moving because of how irresponsible this business is and how carless they are about the safety of those around them. I would seriously reconsider using this establishment to store your items. Unless of course you're homeless with a substance abuse problem. This facility allows transients to live inside their units. One gentlemen cleans the place at night and takes peoples belongings and sells them on the corner of my block. Today the gate was broken so I was able to get in only to find a gentlemen inebriated and dehydrated, looked like he was half dead hanging out over a bunch of junk completely passed out. On a consistent basis I hear gun shots, electric equipment being used (electric saw), leaf blowers etc. at 1,2,3 or 4 in the morning. The manager is well aware of the issue and chooses to protect this individuals and allows them to live there, probably for free labor and maintenance. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent a space at this facility. If things have gone missing, I am sure you can guess why. The units are packed from floor to ceiling with junk. I don't feel safe living in my home, let alone trusting such an establishment with my belongings. I strongly suggest considering another unit. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Guardian Self Storage - 15635 North 32nd Street include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Guardian Self Storage - 15635 North 32nd Street start from $45 and can go up to $165 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
