I walked into the office this morning and was greeted with a Hello! How is your day going today and would you like some refreshing cold water out of the machine or a bottle? I said I would love one, and we chatted for about 2 or 3 minutes and I can honestly say he was probably the nicest employee I have talked to at public storage and I have been a member for almost 2 years. ... ????? I had a fantastic experience with Tashema , the property manager at Public Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely caring about customer service. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and it’s clear that Tashema takes pride in her work. Highly recommend this location—especially with Tashema in charge! ... Read more

I rented a unit in October and 3 months later they sent me an email telling me they are raising the rent 50%. I contacted them and they said there is no rate lock and they raise the price when they feel the market justifies it. I don't recommend renting here, they are going to raise the price right after you get all your stuff moved in. ... Read more

This property is super clean and easy access. Simple and convenient rental through the website and app. Frank and Sandy were in the office on my move in day to answer my questions and help me add aurhorizes users. My unit was all ready for me before I arrived and I received notification via text with my access code and location info. Everything was just super easy. Thanks!! ... Read more

Very displeased with Public Storage. In short, they promised the $1 move in deal to me, gave me a split 10x10 unit when I told them my couch would t fit through that door, they moved me units. All is fine until they call me and tell me that I owe them $112 because I moved units and lost my $1 move in. I spoke with everyone I could to complain about how unfair that was and that I couldn’t afford that and they just treated to auction off my stuff if I couldn’t pay. No one would listen, no one cared. All I wanted was the deal I signed up for because I lost my job and had to get rid of my home because I literally couldn’t afford it. The customer service was terrible. I do not recommend. And now I’m stuck there because I can’t afford to leave and get another unit somewhere else. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 750 North Cooper Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 750 North Cooper Road start from $23 and can go up to $275 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
