Dominque saved the day. I currently rent at the Laveen Extra Space Storage off baseline and 67th for our transportation company. For some reason they just couldn’t update my email correctly after 4 times of reaching out. I stopped by Dominques facility in Chandler and she handled it in 5 minutes. I've had this storage for a few years with no issues, and since Extra Space took over, it's been an experience. At first, there were no issues, and then some had occurred. Through my own personal matters, like many of us, it was the manager, Dominique, who owned and took over my concern and handled it very professionally, with courtesy. Very disappointing experience. As soon as summer hit, they doubled my rate without any warning except a letter in the mail — no courtesy call, email, or even a text. I tried to discuss it with the woman who claimed to be the district manager, but she came off as unprofessional and completely unwilling to work with me. After deciding to take my business elsewhere, they did refund me but still charged a prorated fee for the week, even though my birthday was that week and I was told I had until a certain date. Then I was told I had to be out before the date we originally agreed on (which I had written down). I complied anyway because it was clear they weren’t welcoming or kind. Save yourself the trouble go just a bit south on Cooper and you’ll find indoor storage for under $120/month AC, better treatment, carts available, and even a restroom on site. Much better experience overall. If you consider this place just know there discounting rates to take advantage of you later! If you need temporary may suite your needs. Outdoor units will get filled with dirt bugs etc. indoor units are maintained I know people that still rent here and will pay premium for the location. Last week I signed up for this storage space online. I used their easy payment system to setup automatic payments for the space as well. When I got to the location with my stuff I spoke to a great employee named Laya who was very helpful and was sweet enough to escort me to my storage space.
