Parked a trailer here for a couple months, nothing was messed with at all. Everything I had on the trailer when I parked it was still there when I picked it up. Thank you for keeping up with your quality security systems. ... Read more

This is the second year I have stored my boat for the winter hear. The management was friendly and easy to work with both times. They have climate controlled, garage type storage and a lot in the back that's easy to get to and to back your trailer into the parking spot. ... Read more

The owner and management at Cantrell Mini Storage were great during the Arkansas River flood in June to the renters in their facility. Renting space to people is easy. Helping people during a natural disaster is difficult. They really offer great customer service! ... Read more

Great facility; after a year parking my commercial truck here I have not once felt like security was an issue. I believe being against the river and other rough terrain (except for the gated, code required entrance) contributes to the overall difficulty of break ins, theft, etc.. I cannot speak on the rates of a storage unit, but the gated parking spots are very reasonably priced. Also, Brad, the on-site handyman for lack of better terms, is very helpful and keeps the facility secure and looking nice. Thanks! ... Read more

My first experience with management at Cantrell mini storage was amazing. After spending over an hour at uhual only to realize they couldn't accommodate me. I reached out to CMS right at closing time he stayed at the office late gave me time to get there. My paper work was done in a matter of moments. I was able to complete my move. Today I became a repeat customer as I needed a place to store a vehicle. Again, another great experience. I highly recommend them. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Cantrell Mini Storage - 2000 Cantrell Road include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
