Maria at KO Storage was amazing to work with. She was very professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She even went out of her way to help accommodate me with my needs, which I truly appreciated. She made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Maria if you need storage! ... Samm saved my day! He helped me gracefully and professionally with no problems. This is a function that is ALWAYS best done by HUMANS. Believe me; I speak from much bad experience when attempting the ONLINE renting process. I was going to rent another unit at a competitor. Their computer system was even worse than this one did for me. Thank God that you had Samm to the rescue! G'day to you and Samm. ?? ... Read more

Pretty good company. I went on their site and I started the process of renting but I couldn't find what the cost would be after the 2 months free promo so I left the site to see if I can find something better. Then I immediately got a call from the company and they fully explained what the process was about and the costs after the promo, which I appreciated very much! After Bridget explained everything to me I felt better about renting that storage. I gave 4 stars bc service was excellent but I felt the website could have explained better but all in all... I'd recommend them to my friends! ... Read more

Have had a unit here since before they exchanged ownership. I am very dissatisfied, not only has the price kept climbing up, but they stopped maintaining it, the gate was open for months and months, the manager accidently cut my lock off and left my unit open for an entire week ( and all they offered me was the price of the lock they cut). Now they have the gate fixed and changed everyone's codes. When I called, they were very rude about it, insisting they never changed the codes, when I have email proof they absolutely did.. I've called and left several massages for the Gm out of state to call me, and I'm just ignored. They can do way better.. ... Read more

We’ve used KO Storage (aka Centerton Storage) for years and have always thought their facilities, customer service has been top notch. Tess was very helpful when we informed them this afternoon that we no longer need our unit. She was super pleasant on the call and was very quick in helping close out our account. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 1601 West Centerton Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 450 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 1601 West Centerton Blvd start from $25 and can go up to $89 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
