It’s a storage unit. I’ve had it since before the current owners. Price has more than tripled but I also know that their costs are higher than the previous owner. It would be great if it stopped rising though ... Read more

Customer service was nice and friendly, but if you like rent rate increases every 3-6 months, then this is the place for you. My rent started at $44/month and I moved out because my rent had incremently increased to $100/month since Storage Depot took over. ... Read more

Great place to store your items and very secure.. Closed gate only accessible with code, so no worries about someone just coming in and taking anything. Also 24/7 cameras so anyone who does come in should smile because they are on camera..... Prices are very reasonable for the size you need and they will help you with finding the best size for your needs. ... Read more

The location is convenient and easy accessible. We have been a customer for five years. If I ever needed anything, the customer service has been outstanding. I am pleased to see that the security with the rolling gate this has made it very difficult for someone to break in, thank you for the extra security ... Read more

Not much to say. The Storage area is always clean, seems to be secure and have had zero reason to complain. Billing is consistent with no issues. I’m not sure what else you can ask for from a storage facility. Five Stars. ... Read more

Why am I paying $89 per month for my 10' x 10' storage unit and they are advertising the same size unit for $54 regular price online? The ad states "from $54" but this location offers only one type of 10x10 storage unit. None are climate controlled so they are identical--a locking door, four walls, and a roof. I HAVE E-MAILED THEM TWICE IN THE PAST MONTH WITH NO RESPONSE. It was only $50 per month when this company first bought out the business. Prices going up, up, up and harder to contact the owners. When they first took over this site, I wrote them and asked for a copy of my lease agreement they had on file. As of this date of this writing, I have received nothing from them. Still no copy of my original lease with Henderson Brothers, the name of the business before CopperSafe bought them out...as well as the current leases in file. Edit: Wrong, sir. I have e-mailed your company three different times inquiring about my rates. The first time, my rate was lowered to what your advertised cost was. It has gone up now three times since then. I am now paying $96 for a 10x10 non-climate controlled unit. Since you have removed your "new customer" prices from your website, I can't compare what you're charging. However, before it was removed, I saw two different prices over a few months. They were SUBSTANTIALLY lower than what you are currently charging me. So...any potential customers reading this, beware of frequent rate increases. Not fair to charge different prices to different people for the same exact unit. As far as my original contract is concerned before it was initially bought out, the owner told me that my contract was grandfathered in and would not be subject to rate increases. That same contract was bought out when he sold it and I have never signed another one for any reason. My wife and I are both disabled, on fixed income, and have been using this facility for the past 10 years. As far as I know, there are NO discounts for senior citizens nor the disabled. ... Read more

When this company bought out my storage facility I was paying $97 per month. Every year, sometimes multiple times a year they have raised my rate. Now I’ve received yet another notice my rental fee is going to be $177!!!!!! That is an 80% INCREASE in my rate! Yet I can go in as a new client and get this same unit for a drastically lower price. Don’t be fooled by this company!!! They will get you in at those lower prices or tell you there will be no increase then raise your rates. Because most people have no where else to store their belongings or are like me am disabled and unable to move her belongings I have no choice but to pay this highway robbery. You sign no lease with this company so they can gouge you anytime they want to. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Depot - 299 WF Burns Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Unstaffed Location, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Depot - 299 WF Burns Drive start from $35 and can go up to $216 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
