Absolute nightmare! I FINALLY got the unit rented after hours of trying! I get there and there is a lock on the unit we couldn’t get opened. The young lady was at least nice but the guy was beyond rude! I asked for my money back and I’ll find somewhere else to rent! AVOID ThIS PLACE AT ALL COST! ... Read more

@Michael Gosnell - Where is your proof and facts? I have been a customer here for years and never had a problem with anyone or anything. Yes there was a new software that Aronov has implemented and yes there was problems with my account because the manager onsite but Aronov was quick to fix this as soon as I called in. Maybe you need to call in and I bet all of your problems will be fixed. As far as your rate being higher than you were quoted - You did in fact sign a contract that states what your rate is look at it and if it does not match then contact Aronov instead of bashing a company online without providing proof! ... Stay far away from this place! They had a long time manager who was awesome. Recently, they got rid of the manager and Aronov is attempting to manage the facility remotely. We had our locks cut on 4 units because we rented a unit just before the manager left. Since the remote people know nothing about the facility or the storage business, our records were messed up. We called and paid all fees they said we owed despite being told initially we would get the first month free (this was.a special to get customers in). They basically said tough for the 4 locks they cut, costing an extra $80 to replace. Also the fees for renting were higher than we initially were quoted. Managing the site remotely also means they don't have anyone on site to maintain safety and security. The old manager knew when everything was going on and was seen monitoring the site routinely. This is not the case anymore. I presume they will not hire another person when they think they can make more money without a manager. They will soon see how wrong that is when their long term tenants leave. There are also unoccupied units here that are not locked up. It won't be long until you see homeless people moving into those. We are very familiar with the storage business and know perils of what they are doing here. Don't get caught up in the mess that exists here now. We plan to move out as soon as our monthly rent is done. We will be looking at other facilities to move into fast. O'yeah, our gate code has yet to be fixed so that we can access our stuff after the gate is closed. We told the person on the phone that we were not happy with their customer service and they didn't seem to care. ... Read more

We have had a unit at Stor Safe for the past few months as we prepare to sell our house. We have had a wonderful experience! The site manager is very friendly and has always been super helpful. There are surveillance cameras so I always feel safe and they give me peace of mind that my belongings will be kept safe as well. They are also open 7 days a week, which is great with our super busy schedule. I would recommend Stor Safe to anyone looking for a storage unit. They are the best! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Stor Safe Mini Storage - 221 North Eastern Blvd include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 12 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Stor Safe Mini Storage - 221 North Eastern Blvd start from $10 and can go up to $90 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
