    The Extra Space Storage on Ray Thorington Rd is a reasonably new facility and is well maintained. The climate controlled units make it ideal for storage of household goods that should not be subject to heat, humidity and dust of outside storage. It is clean and accessible. The site manager, Ebony, is helpful and kind and generally available. My only concern is the facilities frequent rent increases. I was naive enough to think that this might be an annual activity but it is not. My rent has increased in as few as three months which is less than ideal after you have gone to the effort of moving in! These increases seen to be generated by a corporate management entity somewhere and come as a surprise postcard in your mail (take effect in 30 days from notice). So be prepared. It would seem to be a good idea to have a rate structure that recognizes longer term renters with some rate consistency rather than treating all tenants as month to month.
